Ticketed Events

The following events are supplemental to the ATC 2011 Annual Meeting registration and are not included in the Annual Meeting Registration Fee. Anyone wishing to purchase tickets for the events below must be an Annual Meeting registrant. You will have the option to add ticketed events to your registration during online registration.

Early Morning Workshops - $35 per Workshop, includes breakfast

Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 – 8:15 am

Small, focused sessions on Sunday – Wednesday mornings are provided for attendees looking for small networking opportunities. These limited attendance sessions are moderated by experts in the field and allow attendees the opportunity for a small interactive discussion on a specific topic of interest. These sessions run from 7:00 – 8:15 am; breakfast is available in the workshop meeting room.  

The Gift of Life Donor Program Facility Tour and Lunch (Offsite) $15

Saturday, April 30th, 2011, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Gift of Life Donor Program, the nonprofit organization serving the eastern half of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware, is responsible for recovering and distributing organs and tissues used in life-saving and life-enhancing transplants.

Transportation from the Convention Center will be provided. The tour will include lunch.

ATC/ITNS Dinner Symposium - $25 early rate, $35 late rate

Monday, May 2nd, 2010, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Are you interested and excited to learn more about how evidence can be incorporated into your daily practice to improve transplant outcomes? Learn how the Transplant Nursing Scope and Standards identifies your nursing role and its importance in incorporating evidence-based practice. Identify where this evidence is found and assess the validity of its use. Examples of evidence-based practice projects will be shared on important clinical topics that impact transplant outcomes.

ATC Night Out (Offsite) - $30 early rate, $40 late rate

Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011, 9:00 pm – 1:00 am

Back by popular demand, we bring you the party of all parties–ATC Night Out! Come hang out at Field House, located directly under the Pennsylvania Convention Center! A cash bar will be available. Limited availability.

ATC 2011 OnDemand - $149 early rate, $199 late rate

Prices will increase following the Congress.

Now you can have it all by attending Congress and then enjoying the audio recordings after Congress has concluded. Enjoy up to 95 hours of audio synchronized to PowerPoint™ presentations on the ATC Live Learning Center. Plus have the option of listening to the sessions online or downloading the MP3 files onto your Smartphone!

Each person who purchased ATC OnDemand has been sent an email with the link to the OnDemand Sessions, a username and a password to access the ATC OnDemand content.

Student Program: The Science, the Art and the Allure of Transplantation: An Educational Session Designed for Medical Students and Residents - $25

ATC Student Day Rate: Sunday, May 1st, 2011 Only.  Verification Required Onsite. Residents must provide a letter from their program director; students should contact their department chairs.
