Abstract Notification

By February 4, 2011, all submitters will receive notification of their submitted abstracts status for the meeting. If you do NOT receive an email notification regarding your abstract by February 4, please send an email inquiry to Technical Support at support@marathonmultimedia.com or call 1-866-759-5440. Your email will receive a prompt answer.  

Abstract Presenter Registration

All presenters are expected to cover their own travel and lodging and pay the registration fees.

Concurrent Sessions

You will have a total of 12 minutes; 7 minutes of presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion. Time limits will be strictly enforced. Please be in the room for your session 10 minutes before the start time. The chairpersons will start strictly on time and end on time.

We recommend that the background material be covered in 1 – 2 slides only. All presenters are required to include statement disclosing any conflict of interest related to your abstract as the first slide of your presentation.  Speaker Dislosure Slide.
